I went in for a simple manicure/pedicure. Although, I was greeted with a smile, my manicure was painful. The woman doing my nails was so rough, two of my fingers bled. I was polite, as she constantly apologized with a smile. Less than one week later, all my nails started chipping. They could’ve definitely used a few more layers. My time there was very rushed, and I do not feel like They tried at all. My nails do not look professionally done. I went out and spent $58 just to treat myself and was extremely disappointed. I will not be returning, and I wish the best to those who do chose to use their

My technician, Blet, did such a great job. Her attention to detail is amazing, and it resulted in a perfect manicure and pedicure. I am 100 percent pleased with everything about the experience, and I highly recommend La Perla.

I have been in Louisville for almost a year and still trying to find a nail place. After this one, I really think that I'm going back to traveling 3 hours home to West Virginia to get my nails done. The ladies that did my pedicure and manicure were very polite. The person that did my pedicure did an amazing job. The person that did my manicure was very nice and polite also. She took her time with my nails and even redid 2 bc I guess she messed them up. The reason I get gel is bc I work in the food industry and they hold up against any chemicals. At least they did until I moved to the Louisville
