I did not have an appointment my first or second time coming in and they were able to take me almost immediately. I wasn’t very pleased with a dip set that I had received, so I went back in and they were more than happy to give me an entire new set for a significant discount! No appointment necessary. Chloe ended up giving me my new set and they were absolutely beautiful!! I’m super clumsy so I ended up chipping one almost immediately, and they were able to take me in the next day and fix the nail free of charge! Loved my nails. loved how clean and professional everything was. Abbie was the one who did my nails and she wasn't really rushing but accidentally cut my finger just a tad bit, she quickly put the antibiotic liquid on it and it didn't really bleed to begin with. Like I said a very small papercut is what it felt and looks like. she did exactly what I wanted and I love it! just don't like the price but all in all it was a good experience.

This is hands down the best nail place in Louisville. The salon is beautiful and always sparkly clean. The owners Nina and Kevin are always there and making sure that things run smoothly. Everyone is friendly and committed to their craft. I get so many compliments on my nails…I would never go anywhere else! Honestly all of the techs do a great job! I cannot recommend this place enough!

With the amount of times I get complimented on my nails in a day and immediately say "My nail girl Abbie is amazing, you have to check her out!", you would think I was a walking advertisement for her and First Lady Nails. I've been going to see Abbie for almost a year now and I'm always blown away by her talent with nail art. She has taken the time to understand what I like and prefer to have done with my nails, but has also helped me to try new colors and designs that I otherwise wouldn't have. First Lady Nails is the only place I will go to get my nails done! I’ve been going to Abbie for years, and I am always so impressed with her skill as well as the hospitality of everyone at First Lady Nails. Abbie is so, so talented and committed to her craft. I am absolutely met with kindness and excellent service every time I get my nails done. 10/10!

I first learned about this salon while working stadium COVID site.
Attempted to get in on day of first call and was informed an appointment was of best interest. Needless, I scheduled an appointment.
Arrived, I was paired with Mai and this girl is AMAZING!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
I will go nowhere else as long as she is available.
My husband has joined for two appointments having had a pedicure. He is all about spreading the word having a pedicure while sipping on wine.
Two of my daughters have received services and completely satisfied as well.

My nails took three hours and started peeling the second day. I got them done for a wedding. I called to get them fixed and they lied and said they had no openings. The design looked sloppy and I paid $60 dollars. I will never come back. Don’t let Dara touch your nails. (It’s a shame I used to love this place and recommend it to others)
