A security deposit of $300 is due at the time of booking. This security deposit is nonrefundable, will be applied towards the reservation total, and will confirm the booking. The BALANCE for the reservation is due 45 days prior to the arrival date, however full payment is due at the time of booking for all reservations booked within 45 days of arrival.
Amazing location, view and amenities -- we watched sunset every night either from the lanai or the beach out front. The kitchen is updated and has plenty of dishes, pans and two coffee makers so cooking was easy, when we weren't grabbing takeout. We really appreciated the beach towels and boogie boards.
