I love how organized they are, nice, helpful, and informative. I felt valued as a client, which made us book the same rental again for next year before our current reservation was over.
A few days before we arrived to our rental, we received a welcome letter with a wealth of information. After checking in we received a welcome call. The property had EVERYTHING we needed for inside and outside the house to ensure we had the best stay. Everything was clean and just as described.
We will be back 2022!

I used Sunny Maui Vacations to stay at Maui Banyan T-205. The staff at Sunny Maui Vacations was very helpful when setting up our stay. We enjoyed the condo which was beautifully remodeled with sliding barn doors and new furniture. The property has two resort style pools and is across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 2. It is within walking distance of some great restaurants and shopping, and a five minute drive of the world class shopping, dining, and golf of the Wailea Resort community.

Sunny Maui as a rental management company was excellent to deal with. We had a few issues with our condo, but they addressed them immediately and we were fairly compensated for any inconvenience. They made an extensive effort to make sure your stay at any of their locations is acceptable by calling and asking if everything was good. The only mistake we made was we should have spoken up sooner about the few things like a couple cleaning issues and maintenance repairs that were minor. We waited until our trip was almost over, but they still were willing to work with us.

We just finished a stay with our one year old and we could not have asked for a better condo. This place was so clean and well kept! It was close to the beach and the pool was amazing. Our daughter loved the water! Everyone in the complex was incredibly friendly too. The condo was so easy to check into and the staff was kind and professional. Loved it!

What a great stay! Viktoria and staff gave us helpful information on things to see and do around the island.
We booked Kihei Bay Vista for three nights before moving to Maui Banyan. Our stay at Bay Vista was by far 1000 more comfortable and our style. The condo was very well appointed. It had everything!!! Plastic storage containers to take our fresh fruit in the cooler to the beach, chairs, laundry soap, a blender! Didn't need either of the televisions but we enjoyed the stereo in the living room.
We will recommend Sunny Maui Condos and Viktoria to everyone we know. Thanks for an awesome

Really had a great time in Maui and loved staying at the Sunny Maui Condos! Price was good with all the amenities - stove, fridge, washer, coffee maker, rice cooker, utensils, plates, cups, pans,dryer, wifi, television, pool. So comfortable, CLEAN and quiet - the walls are sound-proof which is good for us because we have a family member who visited and is naturally just loud!!
Price is so reasonable and you can really save more $$ if you don't mind cooking your own breakfast and a few dinners too. Only 15 minutes away from Kahului and about 5 minutes away from the nearest CVS, McDonald

BIG Thumbs Up to Sunny Maui Condos. I stayed on Maui for a week thanks to my job who set me up at Kihei Bay Vista. The place was clean, roomy, quiet, breezy, accommodating. This condo had everything - big patio, outdoor grills, swimming pool and showers, keyless door lock, ceiling fans, wireless internet, cable, radio with iphone hook-up, washer/dryer, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender... everything to feel right at home. And when I was putting my clothes in the walk-in closet - there was all kinds of fun beach equipment for snorkeling and boogie boarding for a whole family. To top it

Sunny Maui Condos is a small vacation rental company with all one and two bedroom condos. Free wifi and parking. And didn't charge for extra cleaning, resort, or extra person fees. Our unit was not luxurious but rather very standard. No frills but very clean and quiet and you could tell they had remodeled quite a bit - flat screen TVs, furniture, etc. By far the best value we have found in South Maui vacation rentals.
