We booked a rental property from PMI Maui through Air bnb. Almost a month after our reservation was made (paid in full) they cancelled with no explanation. This event caused us to no longer be able to stay near the other families we were traveling with and prices were higher being closer to the travel date. Very disappointing

Unfortunately we have yet to stay with PMI due to COVID, but have gone through three reschedules with them. Matt has been extremely prompt, respectful and accommodating. I would highly recommend booking with PMI for any Maui travels. We are looking forward to staying once things resume as normal in Maui.

We recently rented a couple of condos in Maui through PMI Maui. PMI Maui is a company that manages many rental condos on Maui. The service provided to us by Matt and Tania and the folks at PMI Maui was beyond excellent. Their booking and payment processes were simple and effective. Although, I was not able to travel because of the COVID issues, I give a rating of five stars to these folks because of how helpful they were in figuring out alternatives for us. The person I talked to was amazingly considerate and understanding. That sort of customer service is not often found and these folks have it. I am very thankful and grateful for that.

We went through airbnb to book a PMI condo in kihei for 11 days. In the process we noticed that the price jumped up higher than the listing price when we went to pay. Confused, we contacted airbnb who said definitely do not book it until PMI adjusts the price. PMI said fine but airbnb will handle that for you. you know the end of this story. Be very wary of airbnb and definitely avoid PMI like the plague. BTW we contacted VRBO and they have rented us a Wailea condo at the listing price with no worries. Mahalo.

I originally found PMI Maui in Airbnb, but then located their actual website and booked directly through them. We stayed at the Kamaole Sands and opted for the units that were modern and decorated. We were a group of 16 so we had booked 3 units in May 2019. All rooms were wonderful. Any issue we had was so minor that it did not inconvenience us at all. The place looks exactly like the pictures. It is super close to the beach and the main road was very easily accessible. I would definitely use PMI again.

This agency is THE best rental agency on the island of Maui. We purchased a two bedroom / two bath condo in Kihei last November 2018. We took the time and effort (three weeks) to completely upgrade all of the interior design of the condo. We researched and interviewed rental agencies and Matt and Tonya were by far the most professional and transparent agency on the island. They are very prompt to respond and their entire staff are professional and courteous to all of our vacation rental guests. We stayed at one of the vacation rental suites owned by PMI Maui in July of 2018 and I was completely thrilled with every part of the experience. The suite itself was beautifully renovated from top to bottom, the method of accessing the suite upon check-in was very simple and the customer support was exemplary. Specifically, Matt Tarasenko answered any questions that came up within 5 minutes of asking them and he could not be more friendly and polite! PMI Maui will be our go to vacation rental company for all of our future trips to Maui - see you in 2020!

I stayed at the condo for a staycation with my 92 year old mom and we loved it. The unit is modern, super clean and well cared for. Being summer it gets warm in the island. We spent most of the day sightseeing in our ac car. Evenings were cooler, and just needed a fan in the living room. Rooms were cooler. Beautiful trip. Look forward to staying here again.

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with PMI Maui and Matt Teresenko on our recent visit to Maui. First, Matt was always prompt and available for any question we had. Our rental condo was perfect. The unit was clean, ready for our arrival, and precisely as advertised. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. We had beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and great beach towels. The condo had every kitchen item one would need. The lanai was large and very comfortable. We stayed at one of their properties in Maui. We got it it through AirBNB. The lack of current updated reviews should have been a red flag. We got there and it was hot and sticky due to there being no AC. To be fair their posting did state that there was only 1 AC in the bedroom, but one of the reviews said it was enough to cool the whole condo. Maybe if the AC wasn't from 1985 it would have worked better. It is supposed to be a "kid-friendly" unit with a bunk bed. They accomplish this by putting a bunk bed in what appears to have been a bathroom closet. There's a bathroom sink
