We lost our $2300 security deposit thanks to David and his team not tracking the damage caused by the guests.
Throughout his contract with us, we had to check multiple times to see if he was taking care of the house properly. His communication with us was mediocre. He didn't manage his cleaning staff well, which led to scheduling conflicts and complaints from some guests.
Hire him and his team at your own risk- we paid a lot for the "convenience" of his services.

My family and I had the pleasure of being guests in a wonderfully renovated 3 bedroom home in Arlington. The home was literally 10 minutes away from the convention we were attending the 4th weekend of July 2021. The host was very professional and the home was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again if the property is available :-)

David is amazing with the guest and diligent about making sure the house is clean and set up for our guests perfectly each and every time.
