We have a unique offering of affordable independent senior apartments, assisted living apartments as well as skilled nursing services within our 10 acre campus. We have nurtured a culture of a professionally trained, experienced staff who delivers outstanding care to each of our residents.

My dad has been a patient of Twilight Haven SNF on two occasions this last year. The staff are caring, considerate, and passionate about their jobs. My dad raves about the Physical Therapsit and really enjoys the food. He is well taken care of and I can rest knowing he’s in good hands. Thank you for being such wonderful caregivers. It’s a very difficult job, requiring special people. We are also considering Twilight Haven for assisted living.

Twilight Haven Senior Living is a great community for the elderly. They offer all three services such as Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. It is a non-profit community and is celebrating 65 years this year. It is very home like, amazing employees and sweet residents here! Although the appearance looks out dated, everyone here makes it that much better! The community sits on a 10 acre property that is filled with beautiful rose bushes, lots of shade and garden areas wherever you go! Picnic tables, benches. Nothing but good things here. I am sitting in the ER at Kaiser and there is a lady that cane in from this nursing home with food in her mouth and a fever of over 100. It leads me to believe that they are not very observant with there guests. I would never send my father or mother to any of these places. My father is 92 almost 93 and he lives with me I would never leave him with food in his mouth and sick. That is just not cool at all.

Found Twilight Haven to be less than adequate. Very old facility in need of serious upgrades and remodeling. Some staff were great! But some of the them very rude to the caregivers and visitors. Had to question the issuance of pharmaceuticals. Seemed many were over medicated. Would not use them again unless there were no other choices.

Where do I start ,smoke alarms go off in the middle of the night for no reason ,no fire no nothing , you have eldery here that pay almost 1000.00 a month, the stove don't work properly ,the water leak they had pulled the glue from the tile floors to the top ,refused to change so much more on top of ugly staff that don't know what to do SMH. This place needs to be reported to the state and the State needs to talk to these residents here in the apts this is horrible how they live ,they raise the rent 100.00 and raised it again 100.00 these people on fixed income twighTwighis gouging theses seniors

My father was staying here for about 3 days and he had to go back into the emergency because he was faced down on the table passed out when I walked into twilight haven !! And not one nurse cared. They weren't even paying attention. Supposedly they forgot to give him his medication ! Very bad place. Unprofessional and dirty. Lucky my dad is home and safe.

Non-profit assisted Living and Skilled Nursing home in Fresno. The staff here goes over and beyond for their residents. Rarely does this facility discharge residents--unlike every other nursing home in Fresno--where all they do is discharge discharge discharge no matter the case. I was surprised to see the one star rating for this facility on yelp. Definitely not indicative of the facility. See for yourself the grounds as well as the activities the facility puts together. If I had to go to a nursing home myself, id choose Twilight Haven. When I came to the building to play my cello the few times

Twilight Haven has a poor rating . If you google Twilight Haven / neglect ,you will see why. My mother was abused in Twilight Haven . If I would have had P. O. A. I would have taken her out of their. I had to keep a very close eye on my mother. When my mother went into the skilled nursing side of the facility she told Mr. Vicente the social worker there what happened . I was standing beside my mother when she told him. He later denied that my mother said that she was abused by the nurses aid from Jamaica. He goes around talking very
