Oheb Shalom's Learning Ladder is a high-quality Jewish pre-school and child care center that approaches early education with a child-centered philosophy. We believe that each child is unique and, therefore, we offer our children individualized education. We empower our children to learn through their own experiences by utilizing play-based instruction and curriculum.

The Learning Ladder offers child care and education to children from 10 weeks old to 5 years of age. We offer our children an exciting learning environment filled with individual and group activities focused on enhancing social, language, mathematical, scientific, and artistic skills.

Services
The Learning Ladder provides a warm, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating environment for our children. Our staff members have been carefully selected and are extremely knowledgeable in child care and early childhood education. To ensure the highest level of educational opportunity for our children, each of our faculty members have a Bachelor's Degree and/or certification in Early Childhood Education and Infant Development.
From the age of 10 weeks to the time when they begin walking, Learning Ladder children spend their time in the infant and pre-toddler classrooms. These rooms provide the youngest children with opportunities to spend time with nurturing caregivers who provide care in a consistent, reliable, and predictable environment.
Learning Ladder's youngest children are in the infant and pre-toddler classrooms. There they are nurtured and cared for by our professional caregivers, and are offered individualized schedules and activities in a consistent and reliable environment. Communication between parents and teachers is our priority.
Dramatic Play: Our children learn to develop their imagination, resourcefulness, and creativity through dramatizing stories, singing songs, and listening to music. Learning Ladder children engage in pretend play to support their social and emotional skills. Gym: Our children enhance their gross and fine motor skills and physical fitness through gym class and other activities.
The Learning Ladder offers more than just child care and pre-school. It is a stable and reliable environment, staffed by nurturing and professional caregivers trained to foster each child's individual growth and development. Monthly Tot Shabbat services at Har Sinai Oheb Shalom Congregation. The Tot Shabbat service is an interactive and fun service for families with young children.
