The clinic is comfortable and clean, I've tried another botox clinic and Los Angeles and not been as satisfied with the patients care in any of them, I come more regularly for my botox and Juvederm filler in my lips I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love my results I look young and natural I got a lot compliments Vicky is wonderful, she's so talented and always recommend me the best treatment, she speaks English and Spanish I don't hesitate to recommend this place.

The Dr made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process of getting my breast augmentation. Very informative during the consultation and making sure I truly wanted the surgery. The staff was also nice and they even did check up CALLS, aside from the in person check ups to make sure I was doing fine. I am so happy with my results and have been getting many compliments. Vicky makes the entire experience comfortable and informative! She explains step by step of the entire process before and afterwards, she’s extremely kind and gentle. I felt comfortable asking for her professional advice upon getting fillers, and I got my first syringe of lip fillers as well as filler on my inner cheeks. The difference was amazing and I’m so glad to have gone to Vicky. She’s worth it! Super satisfied with not only my overall experience but my results! 😍

Friendly Staff, Great Prices and Great results. I'm on my 3rd treatment of Laser hair removal and have already seen great improvement in terms of the reduction of hair (thinning also) in the treatment area. The best thing is that this place is an actual doctor's office so everything is super clean and legit. Vicky is also very knowledgeable about what she does and very friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Staff is very professional and organized. Jasmine was helpful on scheduling my appointment. I was serviced by Vicky and she is very kind! She walks you through the entire process of treatment. I came in for laser hair removal on legs, arms, and underarms. She did an amazing job of making sure I was doing ok. The consultation was an easy process and the treatment itself took no more than half an hour for all 3 areas. I was numbed and iced before so the treatments were completely painless! I walked out sooner than expected and hairless. Very happy with the results. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

I know definitely going back to this place. I've seen great results after buying a groupon deal of 3 treatments. I feel the staff are professional and I've never felt uncomfortable. If you feel you're too shy to take off your clothes, just think that they've probably have seen everything and it's their job to laser away and that's it. I definitely recommend this place. The pain is not that bad and the technicians are good at asking if you're ok. Very nice crew.

This place is clean, friendly, easy and professional. It is my favorite laser facility so far and I've tried many throughout the years, in both LA and NYC. I love the nurses that work here mainly, and the doctor clearly treats them well because they've been there decades. Big thumbs up for this practice.

I don't know why they have such bad reviews. I bought a Groupon, called to make an appointment and was able to get in the following week. The receptionist did have to reschedule a few days prior to my appointment but it wasn't a problem. I can't review the results as I just had my appointment but my experience was pleasant. Vikki, the nurse was friendly as was the front desk woman, I believe Jenny. I bought 3 sessions of Brazilian laser and it wasn't painful in comparison to other clinics I have been to. Looking forward to finishing my package!

I was referred by a friend and am happy with the results. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly in addition to being thorough and helping you figure out exactly what your needs are. I am very happy with the results and found their machines to be effective and modern. I would definitely recommend the staff and experience.

I really don't know why there have been so many bad reviews for them. I also bought a groupon deal from them for laser hair removal and they have been nice from the beginning. I know that sometimes it is a bit tough when calling because they will have the answering machine, but they do call back.
Once i was done with my groupon deal, i still kept coming with them for a few more sessions to have allll hair removed & it's been great!! The ladies are always nice & understanding of me the times I been a little late, since I drive from Corona. I have only good things to say and hope

I had a horrible experience at this place. I bought the groupon for Brazilian laser hair removal. When I called to schedule my appointment they said their machines were broken so I should call back in a month and when I did they said they still weren't fixed so I had to wait 2 months. At my appointment I had to wait in the lobby for a half hour even though I was there in time. Then they said I had to pay $5 each time for numbing cream. The doctor hardly spoke English so when I tried to say anything to her she didn't understand. It was one of the most painful things I've ever experienced

Was treated here for 6 months for laser hair removal. It was convenient because of its location and close to work where I could be seen during my lunch hour. Parking is tough, however, there is lot behind the building for $6. I have not ever had any issues with anyone there at the office. I would definitely go back again, the prices were reasonable and the facility was clean.

I made a second appointment for this place two months in advance and even took a day off. So, when I got there after driving in LA's ridiculous traffic for more than an hour, I found that the front doors were closed and there was a note saying the place was closed. The receptionist GLADICE, is extremely RUDE and argumentative. I tried numerous times to make an appointment, left messages, and received NO call backs. After calling back myself, Gladice, unapologetic, argued, and adamantly stated that they make call backs the very next day. Several messages were left with Vicky, the manager, and NO call backs were received. I finally called back again and Vicky was also short, stating that she is very busy and can't really spend time on the phone. If that's the case, then don't answer the phone and be rude when you should be problem solving

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and was super excited to try this place out. No more shaving?? Yessss. I made an appt and was set to go. They called me a few days before my scheduled day and told me their machines weren't working so I had to reschedule. Unfortunately, it was a month wait. Ugh. Since then, I've been twice and so far, it's been ok. The ladies I've encountered are pretty nice, and have answered all my questions.
To sum up my experiences thus far:
