We began looking for our first home with Edison well in advance of when we wanted to buy. My Wife and I highly recommended Edison. He represented us on the sale side and the experience was amazing . We interviewed 5 agents, most of them just told us our house will sell for X and came off as all they cared about was the sale. Edison, was the only agent that educated us on the market, had a plan of attack, and made us feel confident in the price. Edison was also able to get us multiple offers and negotiated to get over asking and 60 days rent back on our home.

I have spoken to a number of realtors in the Newport Beach/Orange County area and Edison is the most genuine and helpful that I've spoken with. We chose to have Edison represent us in our pursuit of an acquisition of a four plex. He spent a lot of time showing us options throughout Orange County. We made a few offers, but always seemed to be the bridesmaid. Fortunately, Edison took the time to build relationships with the selling brokers, because in one case the buyer under contract backed out and the selling broker called Edison to see if we were still interested.
