Wrong advice. Super nice until she gets your retainer. Then she shows her real self. Rude. Unavailable. Unwilling to communicate. When she does communicate she is hostile and threatens you that she is going to drop the case and not reimburse your money. Screwed up my case royally. Never accepted responsibility for her actions. Her staff gets yelled at my clients. I saw it all the time while in her office. Poor people. They don't last too long. I am sure they get tired of the abuse of unhappy customers and since she never shows her face they are the ones who have to deal with it
