The absolute worst set of lawyers I have ever dealt with! They completely stole my money and did absolutely nothing to help my case. Here I am over a year from dealing with my HOA harassments due to their complete incompetence. Please take my advice and don't be a victim of this incompetent law firm! They will tell you everything you want to hear to get your hard earned money, then as soon as you pay their retainer, they do nothing but take every last cent from you with not one thing resolved! The absolute worst set of lawyers I have ever had to deal with in my life!

Stay away! Completely ripped me off! I specifically instructed this firm not to waste my very expensive retainer on mediation and save it for trial. They completely depleted my retainer and did absolutely nothing on my case and spent every penny on preparing for mediation! I even told them not to come to mediation because I knew it would be a waste of money. I completely wasted my hard earned money and not one single thing is different other than donating my money to them. I fired them, then I was threatened with a felony if I wrote a negative review! My wife and I needed a case review regarding a conflict we were having with our HOA board. We called Moran, Sanchy & Associates and left a message with one of their staff.
