Very nice and roomy apartments and floor plan. Management are very nice........
Things have since changed for the worse Here I am a year later... My issues are NOT being addressed not ever have been. Soon to revise this.. Stay tuned...

Most of my application process had to be done from Austin Texas. The management was so patient and so helpful. They made my move easy. After being here for 3 weeks I could not be more happy with my apartment. Management is always professional and willing to help in any situation. I am very pleased.

They are helpless the girl in the front desk sounds like a robot doesn’t have empathy doesn’t want to help you fill out the 100 paper application they ask for a lot of information that you will see no end of it ...to top it off the girl in front desk is friends with the manager cynthia Torres so it’s very hard to file complaint

I went to visit a friend I kid you not I wasn’t even there 4 hours and my car gets towed away supposedly you need a visitor parking pass I honestly knew nothing about I tried explaining to the wrecker service I had no clue about that and that I wasn’t causing any trouble and I legitimately had no idea about a visitor parking pass and they’re making me pay 300 just to recover my vehicle... no warning or anything.

I I have lived here for 3 years and I am completely satisfied with the new management. they do their job and don't make excuses about it and when you need something done they get it done right away. the staff is always there to answer your questions and reassure you that everything is going fine. I simply love this place.
