Worst place to reside at, neighbors with loud music yelling, whistling causing a lot of disturbance every single week 1-2 times a week up to 5 am on on a school/ work nights. At one point, a truck that left from that residence, almost crashed into another vehicle parked in parking lot. You can call law enforcement and they disregard law. My husband reported it to management multiple times, and nothing was done. All of this trouble, and apartments are over priced, not worth it all. Been residing here only 4 months and we are now searching for a new home.

When I first move in everything was nice but then management staff change and ruin everything, trash is always in all over places, when it rains water comes in, some apartments have rats and roaches and manager rosy and assitance manager are very unprofessional, she will always gives you attitude like if she is the owner. They never get fix what you need on time. I decide to move out just because of her, i did not know where to put complains because they said they can't gave you other numbers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

When I first moved in here with my family it was great, everything was nice & peaceful. After a while we started to notice how there’s always ants crawling in through little cracks from the windows, we managed to get rid of the ants but the cracks are still there. When it rains really bad & if you’re living in the bottom, the carpets get damp. There’s trash everywhere outside, so it’s not very clean. The gates never close & considering how it’s supposed to be a closed gated community, the gates are always open so anyone can just come in. My family and I have experienced 2 robberies. First

I have lived at borders apartments for more than 6 years and have also lived at several other apartments since I moved to Brownsville from Harlingen and let me tell you , you will never find better management this people treat you like family they are always courteous and always looking at what they can do to make your experience at borders joyful and welcoming. Yes I admit this apartments are old but the manager Jesse is always improving them and updating anything that needs updating. When you have any issues Natalie the leasing and marketing manager is always going out of her way to help you

The apartments are located in a great area, close to everything, however this year they’ve added in Renters Insurance and a separate water bill. I live in a one bed room, one bath, and the water Bill was $30 aside from the base pay of the rent. When I called them to find out why it was so high I was given multiple answers and was told that this would be the new amount besides rent. I will be looking for a new living space when the lease is up.

Make sure that they tell you everything when you move in. They can always give you the penalty even for what they have never been told. Make sure to read to the contract before signing.
The apartment is awful with lots of tree worm at the backyard. First I thought that they were nice (staffs and accommodation) but a little while later on, I decide to come back here again to change my previous comment.
To my network and partner, totally not recommended.
