I've had a handful of maintenance problems (water heater leak, leak in the ac, and a disconnected pipe) but everything was taken care of so quickly and promptly even on the weekend when maintenance was off work I'm impressed. All of the guys that have been over to help me have been so kind and friendly to both my boyfriend and I when they've been here on their off days. They'll come and take care of the problem even if it's just a temp fix on Sunday and then they're back first thing in the morning Monday to finish up with the parts they needed. Me and my hubby are current residents here, going on ten years + 🏡. Our Manager 👩💼and Maintenance team👨🔧 are Professional, Courteous and Attentive of their tenants🤗. They're always very polite and willing take the time out of their busy schedule to acknowledge their residents. If you ever have an issue with your apartment, they are prompt to… respond to your maintenance orders and in the end it's always a job well done👍. They are centrally located🛒, offer all of the amenities🐕🐾🏊♂
