Our three full-time jewelry designers each have different tastes representing past (classic), present (elegant), and future (trendy). From finding the perfect item to designing a custom piece that brings to life a one of a kind custom work of art, we will be with you every step of the way. While many stores send out their repairs, most of our design happens in house for faster turnaround.

I brought in my 45 year old wedding ring in for a repair - due to a bad trip through the garbage disposal.
The diamond was hanging by two prongs, and the band was quite scratched and gouged.
I was given an estimate immediately, I approved it, and received a call two weeks later that my ring was finished. Easy peasy.
Was the price higher than we paid for the ring in 1976?
Yes, yes it was. Did I want someone with professional jewelry making/repair/knowledge skills?
Absolutely! You get what you pay for.
My ring is absolutely beautiful, and I'm very happy.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. They took my wedding rings in for repair and gave us an insane quote as well as a TWO WEEK time frame. After that time had lapsed I called to see what was going on. They hadn’t even touched my ring. Said a part was on back order but hadn’t bothered to even reach out to me. When I asked the current condition of the ring they all started freaking out because they didn’t want to say it do they started their sales person push. I had to demand to speak to several people to get the truth and even then randy continued to lie and say he had just

At this point this is the only jewelry store I will go to now just because of the experience I first had when I walked in it was such a positive welcome greeting and said they'd help me find everything I need answered all of my questions I want hundred percent recommended this store just because of how nice the people are but on top of being nice they also know what they're doing know what they're talking about and have some of the most beautiful handmade pieces I've ever seen

Even though I didn't purchase anything from here I have to give them 5 stars and here's why...I took 2 wedding sets in for a diamond to be taken out of one & put into the 2nd one & a new diamond to be placed in the first one. The awesome jeweler there informed me that since I had purchased them from Shane company that I should call them first to confirm that I could have the work done elsewhere without voiding my lifetime warranty. From start to finish, these guys are amazing to work with. When my now Husband proposed, the antique ring he gave me needed to be sized, so we decided to take it here. It only took about a week and half to get it back. They followed my request to have the band VERY thin which is what I wanted. They did the routine advisory of possible issues that may arise with having a thin band. (I didn’t care) I love thin bands. So they did the job and did it well.

So many quality pieces of art..... The gems and glow of the polished metals..... A rose gold diamond ring catches my eye. The clearance prices are unbeatable for the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I would be surprised if I looked anywhere else for Gorgeous Jewelry.... Even if you can only window shop, I highly suggest you stop in and pay a visit. The staff is personable and professional. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me..... Really they wanted to know what piece felt like home to me . 10/10

We have made several purchases from this store. All have been wonderful experiences. My ring was purchased and they did a one time appraisal and a one time sizing at no charge. Standard protocol for ring purchases at any store. Diamonds are guaranteed if you do routine checks and cleaning. Very nice place to do business with.

We just changed insurance policies and they required us to get a more recent appraisal since the original appraisal was done three years ago. I contacted Boucher's and was informed that a new appraisal would cost $49. Maybe I'm wrong but I figured I wouldn't have to spend another $49 after spending thousands of dollars just three years ago. I guess customer service isn't what it used to be.
I will have the appraisal done by someone else for the same cost strictly out of principle.

I had my wife's engagement ring upgraded to wedding ring. We had in mind what we wanted (adding one thin wedding band to each side for symmetry). He helped us narrow in on the design and custom made the rings and put them all together beautifully, as if it was all made together from scratch. Later I inherited a railroad pocket watch from my great grandfather. It has worked since he had it (maybe 75 years ago). They made it run again and cleaned it all up. It brought tears to my dad's eyes to hear and see it running for the first time ever. The prices are reasonable and the work and craftsmanship

We have gone to Boucher's for several years and have purchased several items over that time. This is the only place my wife will take her jewelry. Even after she moved away, she waits until we visit Keizer to have any work performed. Jeff has an exceptional eye and knows my wife well. He has bailed me out on many occasions when a gift is needed. He is very fair on evaluations and appraisals. He will make you look good for any occasion.

I also had a bad experience with them! We purchased a beautiful wedding set from them, but I didn't want a real diamond (my chocie not my husbands btw). They replaced the diamond with a really nice imitation diamond, (we still paid quiet a bit for it) but they made me feel like I was being really cheap for not buying a real diamond. Then when the stone came loose and I went back they gave me big time attitude, said they couldn't guarantee it and charged me for fixing something that was their issue in the first place. I agree, horrible customer service with attitude! I too will NEVER use

The owner did an appraisal for me on a ring I had purchased in another State. Instead of doing his own appraisal, all he did was copied a previous appraisal of the ring.
When I questioned him on why he copied the appraisal and still charged me $60 he became very rude, and confrontational.
I will NEVER use them, and will tell everyone I can to keep away from this business.
