In short, I am glad I did business with Nancy's Vacation Rental. There was some bumps at the beginning, but the customer service is excellent. No BS, no games, and I would highly recommend them.

We had an amazing stay at Capri by the Sea Mermaid Crossing. The building does seem a little older and needing some updates but the condo itself was amazing so we didn’t mind. The location was PERFECT. The staff was very professional and friendly from beginning to end. They called before we arrived to confirm we got all of our info and didn’t have any questions, left a voicemail during our stay to check in and make sure we didn’t need anything but other than that let us have our privacy and didn’t bother us, they were kind upon check out and the whole process was simple and clear. Our family stayed this last week in San Diego at one of Pacific Coast vacation properties and it was perfect! The property #207 was as shown and listed. It was a great location, walking distance to everything and a block to the beach. Having 2 covered and secure parking spaces was so nice. The unit was clean, quiet, spacious and had great air… conditioning. The check in and out was easy and we even received a phone call confirming our arrival and comfort. Thank you for providing good customer care. We will definitely be back to this unit next year!

Very dissapointed with our stay. Comparing the advertized photos vs. what's actually there is criminal! More like a party Frat house. Place in very bad repair, rust, stains, bad shape. Dont trust the photos! Only good thing was it's location. Period.
I have multiple photos if anyone wants to view.

I contacted Nancy's Vacation Rentals days before our arrival to confirm that the bikes that came with the condo would have air in them and be ready for us to use. I was assured that yes the bikes would be ready. But when we arrived and went down to use them, they were all flat. Not a little flat, completely down to the ground flat as you can see in the pictures, making it clear no one has been there to take care of the bikes for a long period of time. That reflects very poorly on Nancy's Vacation Rentals. That's an amenity that comes with the rental and I was assured they would be ready for us

Absolutely amazing! Nancy's is on point with everything. Can't express in so many words how perfect it was. I appreciate every little detail they put into there condos, how they handle business, answered all my questions and concerns, and especially how they treated me! 5 STAR!! Thank you so very much Nancy's!! This is my 2nd time getting a condo thru them and I am already looking forward to next year's summer vacation booking in same spot. I highly recommend Nancy's!!
