Sometimes professionals recommend psychotherapy for you or your child. In these cases, we request that they have you call us directly. We have found that this type of approach to beginning therapy helps people take ownership of their care. We appreciate professionals' support and encouragement. Explaining why he or she believes therapy will be beneficial is often instrumental in helping someone take that first step.
