Makayla...There are no words. There is not enough I can say about her. Unfortunately our family is too familiar with Addison Funeral Home, however, Makayla makes a really hard time..a little easier. When I lost my Dad...she was our rock and thanks to you we were able to handle everything. And today, with our Nephew...well...again you rose above and beyond any expectations. The reason we had to use this place is unfortunate, but The service from all three ladies was impeccable. Makayla, Taylor and Savanna accommodated me every step of the way, even with a few questions and issues (not from them, but hospital) after the the service.
We chose this place because we have held a few services over the last few years at this location and have been pleased each and every time.

Choose Addison Funeral Home
We first went straight to the BIG funeral home in Klein, but then we were told of Addison Funeral Home and were so grateful to learn of them. Taylor was our director and held our hands as we walked through the process shocked and dazed. Their whole small business came together to help us create a loving memorial.
Just a few weeks later, sadly, we found ourselves needing them again. As before, Taylor efficiently and skillfully guided us during our emotional fog to plan a loving service. We provided plenty of opportunities to test their professionalism and they accommodated

I just attended a funeral service for a dear friend’s mother and as a guest I was treated terribly by the staff at this terrible business! I had ordered a very large floral easel with custom art work included and they did not have it displayed until 5 minutes before the service. I checked with my florist and they had delivered the piece at 9:15 to be there for family visitation and then the service at 11:00! Had I not asked about my flowers, they would not have been displayed! The manager treated me rudely and said my florist probably lied about getting the flowers there at 9:15! So rude, I told

My sisters and I are very pleased with how easy Addison Funeral Home made this process. Our beloved Mother passed away on 8/21 and she wanted to be cremated. They work with dignity and respect and I was appreciative for that. We picked her ashes up and they said we can bring any jewelry back that we decide to put her ashes in and they will gladly transfer them over for us. They also had the death certificates back in a timely manner. Thank you so much again for helping us along in this difficult tune.
