Knowledgeable and thorough. Answered questions during the inspection and interacted in a generally friendly and caring way. Provided a detailed post inspection report as I would expect and compared to other inspections I have seen.

Even on their day off they responded to my inquiry within minutes. And when I mentioned that I had inherited the house after my mom passed away, their first response was to say sorry to hear about your mom. Their caring professionalism is 'Top Notch' and their quality of work was fantastic. They paid attention to details I had not even thought of. They told me about the strengths of the house as well as the needed maintenance. Top Notch performed the inspection of my new home in quick response to my need. The report was thorough, complete with pictures. They checked everything and physically went into spaces (such as attics, crawl space) to ensure that everything was noted. I would use Top Notch again, should I find myself purchasing another home. The report has pictures along with words to show things clearly as possible.
