Many people think of elective cosmetic surgery when it comes to a Plastic Surgeon. I (like many people) do not realize that a Plastic Surgeon is an integral part of a cancer patients recovery as well. Dr. White is an absolute artist! I am so incredibly happy with the results she gave me. I went to 5 other plastic surgeons for consultations before deciding that Dr. White was the best fit for me. All of the other doctors spent 15-20 mins talking to me but Dr. White spent a whole hour with me! UPDATE from 2 to 4 stars: The doctor personally called me and explained some other things in detail. This is extremely RARE. There definitely was some miscommunication and expectations that fell through the cracks. However, it was appreciated that she reached out directly.

I shopped around for a few months looking for the "perfect" doctor, as I was very nervous about having surgery. I was looking for someone who genuinely cared about my outcome and most importantly, as a mother of 2, my safety during the procedure and recovery.
My consultation was during a phase of COVID and Dr. White sent check-in protocols ahead of time and upon check-in took measures to ensure everyone's safety. Dr. White performed a lower blepharoplasty on me. I loved her entire process beginning with a consultation in which she apprised me of every aspect of the surgery, all the risks, and then asked me to wait 6 months to ensure I truly wanted and needed the procedure. I loved her for that. She is not pushing surgery; she is focused on positive body image, wellness, and long-term health and well-being. I went to Dr. White for a procedure based on a recommendation from my ObGyn. Although it was probably routine for her, I was anxious about the procedure that I needed to have done. I am so fortunate to have been connected with Quintessence Plastic Surgery! My dog (accidentally!) bit me on my face early on during the Covid-19 pandemic. I was unable to see my normal provider due to the pandemic, and the emergency clinic I went to refused to repair a face laceration. Awesome results! This clinic was recommended by a friend and the recommendation was spot on. I had never done anything like this before and Dr. Aisha White instantly put me at ease. Her description of the procedure and results I could expect were exactly what I look for in a doctor. I had two sessions of micro needling and the outcome was incredible. It is comfortable and thoughtfully decorated without being stuffy. I think you can tell a lot about the philosophy of a med spa by how the staff looks. OK y'all. I started dating again after*ahem* 2 decades and I found myself dating a lovely guy. I followed Dr. White on Insta and fell in LOVE with the lips injections she was doing! I have never done anything like this before but I wanted to change things up a bit.
