Exeter Orthodontics was founded by a group of dentists that spent years practicing in typical fee-for-service orthodontic practices, charging tens of thousands of dollars for braces and Invisalign orthodontics. While all of our orthodontists were able to gain extensive experience and training in the latest orthodontic techniques, they were getting frustrated by high prices and hidden fees that many of their patients could not afford.
Braces use metal brackets temporarily affixed to your teeth to straighten your smile. While traditional braces often get a bad reputation for their initial discomfort and look, at Exeter Orthodontics we offer the latest orthodontic appliances so you can enjoy the benefit of traditional braces with less discomfort.
Invisalign uses a series of thin aligners that fit transparently over your teeth, straightening them over time. Invisalign aligners can be removed for eating, drinking, brushing and flossing, meaning that you can eat anything throughout the course of your treatment! Because of this convenience and comfort, Invisalign aligners have become an exceptionally popular orthodontic option for both teens and adults.

Thank you Exeter orthodontics for making the transition for my son so easy . Transferring from one practice to your Exeter location was so easy and your staff was so welcoming . They are Always smiling and eager to help anyway they can . There was no hidden agenda or fees . They are always up front and honest . Becky was always willing to help and Nellie was always right there greeting us at the door with her big smile . I highly recommend Exeter orthodontics for every family and their needs . My son will be out of braces soon and I will definitely be bringing my daughters there for care as well

All the doctors and staff have been polite, friendly and always accommodating. The monthly payment made is very easy to afford getting my boys teeth looking great. So far we have one son who has completed the process and the other in the middle stages. Their teeth look amazing! I will definitely be bringing our daughter here when it's time. With them having multiple offices it makes it convenient to get in quickly when needed. Have and will continue to reccomend them.

Exeter orthodontics has been absolutely amazing through the entire experience. We started out young in place one due to my son having several teeth pulled and we needed a spacer to hold places for permanent teeth that would eventually come in n. Eventually we went into phase two and enjoyed going to every appointment the staff and doctors are all amazing . We recently started the retainer phase and I would high recommend exeter orthodontics . We have had most appointments at the Exeter office with an occasional trip to a few other offices since mY child seems to have killer bite and is extremely

My daughter has been a patient at Exeter Orthodontics for 3 years. She completed phase one treatment and is now back for phase 2. All of the doctors and staff have been amazing. Very welcoming environment. Office is always clean. If we need to come in for a broken bracket or a wire poking they have been great with getting us in in a timely manner. Great price, great customer service, great staff. Overall, I would definitely recommend Exeter Orthodontics.

Exeter orthodontics really does have low price braces. They offer braces or Invisalign at $4k, but if you pay in full you get a $500 discount. I chose this place And my sister chose a different one and regretted not coming here. You cannot beat the price. On top of Invisalign treatment, you also get cosmetic contouring for your teeth if any of them are chipped! I had a chip on the surface if my tooth and it was filled in and looks better. Both doctors are friendly as well! Thank you
