Red Brick has been the property manager for my rental for at least four years. I have no complaints at all! Their rent payment portal is easy to use and I can upload my insurance documentation whenever I need to. I have had to request maintenance a few times for relatively minor issues - toilet repair, garage door issues, and electrical. The vendor for the plumbing issue was JB Water. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. The garage door vendor (All American Door) was GREAT and was able to install a brand new garage door opener system (I have a GREAT Landlord!). Our experience with Red Brick Property Management was a positive one. We were the tenants and from the beginning we received quality service. We worked with them for 1 year. Over that time we had 2 issues that came up at the house. Mario was very responsive and addressed our issues ASAP. He was in constant communication and made sure everything followed through. First time renter here. I was very nervous about renting out our home that we love so much. I was introduced to Mario from Red Brick and so far, this has been an amazing experience. A few things on my to-do list and he was able to get them done within 24 hours. Rented out sooner than expected. They really have made this easy for us. I originally reached to Red Brick in Dec of 2020 when I was looking for a rental home in Chandler area.
Combined with the crazy hot housing/rental market and this being my first time renting a house, I ran many unexpected difficulties to secure a place as I was selling my house. Red Brick has been so great to us with our move into one of their properties this year. I was fairly nervous trying to navigate finding a rental after 5 years at the same home, and was pleasantly surprised to find how responsive and helpful their staff have been. There were a few little issues that we needed addressed, and the whole team has communicated clearly and gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of at our new place. Renee, Mario, and the rest of the Red Brick team are very responsive via email and are always friendly, polite, and helpful, especially when it comes to maintenance issues. We recently submitted a maintenance request for our dishwasher, as well as a sticky front door lock and were pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new dishwasher only 2 days after submitting our request and the front door repair also completed quickly and painlessly. Their online portal makes submitting and managing requests easy and the Red Brick team does a great job of taking ownership of submitted requests.

I just cannot say enough good things about Red Brick Realty and residing Broker Mario Montoya. When I first contacted Mario at Red Brick Realty after moving to Arizona from the East Coast, my husband and I were in need of a place to rent right away.
