A+ MediTrans provides door-to-door services to assist clients that have limited physical mobility. Our qualified drivers recognize the importance of assisting these individuals with great care to ensure safe and comfortable transport.
Our drivers are trained to retrieve these clients from the door of their homes and to physically assist them in their motions towards safe securement inside our vehicles and again from our vehicles to their safe placement within the medical facilities.Lack of complete physically mobility renders these individuals vulnerable, therefore, they depend on the assistance of our drivers for their mobility.

Transit disabled clients are assured a safe and secure method of transport in our wheelchair accessible vans, equipped with wheelchair lifts and proper safety securement features including wheelchair restraints. If needed wheelchairs can be provided to clients when requested at the time of appointment booking.
A+ MediTrans proudly provides school bus transportation throughout the Capital Region on a contractual basis. Our school bus services include transportation of pre-school aged children under the age of five that have identified developmental disabilities. Our child passengers require a great level of devotion, care and protection to ensure safe and enjoyable transport to school and back.

Our experience was terrible. Driver was 30 minutes late and we called and was told vehicle was broken down and could't give us an expected time of pick up. I was dealing with a terminal sibling that needed transport and this was very stressful. I finally got another transport but now to add insult to injury charges for a transport that never happened appeared on my charge card. Also every time I have called, the wait times are in excess of 15 minutes.

I have been using A+ meditrans for a very long time. Lately though they went downhill. And this has nothing absolutely nothing to do with COVID-19. This has everything to do with the drivers that won't say hello to you when you get into the cab. The ones that have their music up so loud you can't hear yourself think. And I personally don't care about that. But I'm sure the elderly people that were in the van with me do care. Some of the drivers are very unsafe on the roads. We even had one stop at a school because she saw her husband or boyfriend picking up their child and she

I've been using A+ as my go-to medical transportation company for my mom for over a year now, and I have nothing but good things to say. They're always been kind, reliable, and reasonably priced, and often go above and beyond to help their customers. Unlike some other transportation options, A+ has shown up on time, every time, and has always taken great care of my mom. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. We used them 2x's so far and each was very good. The 2nd gentleman we had, Jerrett, was absolutely outstanding. Very caring, complete gentleman, understaning of my husband's needs and very strong as my husband is a big man. Jerrett had no problem getting him up the steps to front door and one step into my front door in a wheelchair. I recommend this group as a top notch company. I will always use them alhough they're a bit pricey it's worth the extra dollars. Keep up the good work Rejha and keep these men. They're an asset to your company.
