I am the Director of Sales & Marketing for a resort in Vermont. We scheduled a pick up for one of our employees to be brought over to the resort. The driver refused to pick up our employee out front of the Albany Airport and then proceeded to hang up on her and not answer any of her calls back. I then called this gentleman who answered the phone and proceeded to tell me he's not going pick her up because "she's not following directions." I explained that we do need him to bring her to the resort and he very quickly told me, "I know you're from a big resort but I don't need your business." Then

My elderly inlaws booked a ride to the airport using Patrick's service approximately a week ago. Today we called back just to confirm the date and time and that he would be wearing a mask to protect immune compromised passengers.
His response to asking about the mask was, "I refuse to wear a mask, I'm done wearing a mask", spoke about his personal freedom and told them to find another ride.
As you can see by his reviews, he has a real issue with customer service. Find someone else to give your money to.

I called this service to get a price estimate for a one way trip from Albany airport to home. The man answering the phone did not have the price on a list and he asked how far it was. I said 75 miles and he said "that doesn't sound right, good luck" and hung up on me. I drive to Albany a lot and the distance to the office I go to is 77 miles which is what I used as a reference--looked up a more precise estimate of the distance and it is 90 miles. So he was right, whoopie, I will never call back.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Scheduled at 7:30pm pick up at ALB airport to Fort Ann area. I gave them the proper flight details and they left at 7:15pm because the driver "could not wait any longer". Before I was able to talk through the situation, the dispatcher quickly said "I have to pull the driver out" and hung up. I called back multiple times and was only able to leave voicemails. I never got a call back. I called the driver multiple times and they never picked up either.
