We were have issues with our lender and we were 2 weeks out from closing. Came across Jonathan Mullins in a Facebook group and he went to work right away for us. Jonathan & his team stood by our side to make sure we got our first home. His team was phenomenal! Communication was great and he made sure our needs were met. The absolute best experience I’ve had with a lender! Jon was very professional in handling our loan and even called a couple listing agents attempting to help us get an offer accepted. Underwriting only took a few hours and we closed in less than 30 days from time offer was accepted. (3 weeks to be exact). I spent weeks keeping an eye on interest rates hoping they would drop enough to make refinancing worth it. They finally did and started to look at mortgage brokers who could help me out. After talking to quite a few I settled on U.S. Veterans Home Loans after talking to Jonathan Mullins with the company. As I was looking for a VA IRRL I wasn't looking to submit a whole bunch of paperwork (bank statements, proof of income, etc) but was looking for speed with minimal hassle. Jonathan promised a quick decision and closing and he delivered. Seems to me we started with him around the 13th of August
