Charlie is everything you can ask for when requiring service. He notified me when he was in route. He was totally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and what needed to be done. Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. As for the company I called their number and the person who answered the phone was friendly, courteous and professional. Asked me questions and then arranged for Charlie to come to my home in about 2 hours time. Can't say enough great things about this company. All companies should operate like this!

My experience with Dalton AC exceeded all of my expectations. Every person I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was given several options and packages to replace my full system. The installation was scheduled within 2 days of my approval and the installation crew worked quickly and took precautions to keep my house tidy. I will be a customer for life!

I messaged Dalton's website after experiencing some issues with my AC unit in the middle of summer. The office was closed, but Katie called me as soon as they opened. She explained the cost and payment process without me having to ask. She was able to work with my schedule, which I also greatly appreciated. It was a two-hour block arrival time and Keenan got there closer to the start. Typically, if a company sets a block appointment, it results in the representative arriving closer to the end of the time, or shortly thereafter, so it was a refreshing change of pace. I had them out for a quote on a whole-home dehumidifier. The tech commented that this would be a very easy install, and then told me the model they would install. I could buy that model for $1200 on Amazon, and he quoted me $5200 to install it. $4000 for a "very easy" install seemed high to me, so I e-mailed and asked for a breakdown of the quote. They said they don't provide any detailed breakdown for residential quotes, which to me is a dealbreaker. If you are giving honest quote, you should have no problem breaking those things down for a customer. I don't pay people

I found Dalton by just googling and I was impressed by their reviews so I decided to give them a call. They answered the phone immediately and were able to get someone out to quote a new system for us the next day. Keenan came out and he was amazing. We received the quotes while he was at our house which almost never happens with other businesses.… Based off of their amazing customer service from the beginning, we decided to go ahead and move forward with them. From the moment I spoke with Cadie, I knew I was in good hands. Cadie provides incredible customer service and really knows her stuff. Charlie came out today to check on a high pitched whistling noise coming from my air filter area, and it ended up being that there is a small gap between the filter and the open area, so he was able to think outside the box and fix that very easily. I had mentioned to him while he was there, that during our "winter storm / freeze" a few weeks ago, my heater never stopped running the whole week and I had it set to 65 degrees. He thought that was strange

Our A/C system stopped cooling yesterday evening, well my husband noticed that the house was unusually warmer. We were concern that we will end up paying a lot of money to fix the system. We search around online, especially social media, asking for recommendations on Facebook, Google and Nextdoor. We have never experience a situation like this, since we resided mostly in US Army Post, so things like this it was taken care of by Army Housing. Basically, we didn't know what to expect. A neighbor from the adjacent subdivision next to ours recommended on Nextdoor

After being told I needed a new unit and considering the first guy didn't even check the coolant or capacitor and wanted me to buy a new AC for the"discounted" price of $6,900.00 I decided to call Dalton and well , let's just say Dalton has a new lifetime customer. He checked
the capacitor first thing (isn't that what all reputable companies do?) and had the thing done in about 15 minutes. Charge? Under $300.00. What more do you need to know? Also taped up some ductwork in the attic that had broken. Great company.

My ac went out. I'm a single mother with kids in house and was afraid of whom to even try and call. I found this business on yelp today. This afternoon I called and was not expecting to talk to a human being when I called and I did! I told woman on phone how my ac went out and needed help ASAP. She got me scheduled between 4-6 pm and said Charlie Eagan would call before he arrived. He did. I cannot thank you guys enough. We had 2 scheduled appointments to have our AC fan looked at and they were both no call no show. Not what you want to happen when you have a 2 week old baby. Luckily it isn't the middle of summer.
The first missed appointment, we called to get an update, Technician states he meant the following day, okay that's fine, we are understandable people and can reschedule for the next day, business gets a little busy. Well the next day rolls around and nothing again. First time same on you, second time shame on me. Horrible business practice, if this is one. This could have been avoided with
