It's great to have a computer shop in Maumee Ohio. It's great for people that live in Perrysburg, Sylvania and the Toledo area. I have been going here on and off for years. They stock common items you might need for building computers. They also have used computers too. The staff is always nice, the prices are reasonable.

My laptop started to behave badly last Friday. I took it to Computer Discount in Maumee with a hope that they could quickly determine the cause of my problem and fix it. I am exceptionally pleased with the way that they handled my issue. By Monday, they have fixed the problem, charged me less than I anticipated and gave me good advice to prevent a recurring issue. I am a Happy Camper and highly recommend this service provider!

My desktop had no power this morning! I took it in to them and a very nice young man noticed that the 0/1 toggle switch on the back was set to zero! I have no idea how that happened as I haven't touched it since yesterday and it was fine then! They plugged it in to see if it then worked and it did. Very happy with their service! I think it was the cats that turned it off!

Dropped my computer off at the Maumee store to have the screen replaced, the manager apparently sent it to another store to have a different technician work on it with out telling his employees. Because of this, I could not get an update on my computer as to how it's coming along and the price it is going to be to have it fixed. I called 4 times and never got a call back as I was promised each time until the 4th call. For the inconveniences they said they would "take a few bucks off" but when I picked it up today it was $50 more than I was originally quoted and no "discount" as promised. The computer

As an IT professional, Computer Discount is one of my preferred sources for acquiring new systems. High quality builds at very fair prices and their warranty policy is among the best in the business. I took my lap top in because it was running slow and had malware. I found the employees helpful and polite. I was advised of the charges They charged me exactly what they said they would and had it done promptly. I would recommend them to friends and family. I would stay away from big box stores. I never had any luck with them even when I got thier extended warranty.

I have been dealing with Maumee Computer Discount for many years - and frequently lately due to some issues I was having and needed to buy a new computer. Everyone at this location has been very helpful, kind and courteous. Over the years, I have not once had a bad experience with these people and would highly recommend them to anyone.
