Mike is an experienced professional and his services are unlike anything you will receive going to a Big Box store. Called in asking about the cost of repair services for my laptop. Spoke with Mike and was given a simple solution that didn’t require paying for the services of any repair company. Mike was very professional and sent me an email providing instructions on how to replace the broken part and a link to show me where to order the part from. Mike could’ve withheld the information and make a quick buck off of me but Mike and the technicians at Toledo Computer Repair were more concerned with helping the customer than lining their pockets.
