Bought a computer from them about 5 years ago ,had a warranty problem after about a year after purchase and they took care of it
with no problems 5 stars.
Got a virus and it was since they are still a Microsoft Partner if I had any
problems they would fix it . To my surprise found
out they decided not to service what they sold to residential customers.
Very adamant going to service commercial customers only.
When I was in retail and provided services "I GOT YOUR MONEY SO I GOT YOUR PROBLEMS" old school way of doing business.
Only reason I did not give them ONE STAR is they had a tech call
with no problems 5 stars.
