When I first go the Vampire facelift with Juvaderm in both my lips and my face. My lips were so small and results was amazing for about a week. I ended up with a hematoma and now have a mark on my cheek that has yet to go away. There's no volume in either a month and a half later and for some reason I feel that this was a result from our very first visit where things didn't go that well.
Me not being new to cosmetic surgery I should have stuck with my first gut feeling to go to back Florida, because these doctors in DC are money hungry and the results terrible.

I went to their Botox Brunch on 3/16/19 event which was held from 12-3pm and it was really disorganized and there was no communication. There was a sign in sheet outside the room, I was probably 6th on the list. There were a lot of people standing, people pacing and just waiting. I arrived around 12:15pm and there were 5 people that were there before me. At 1:15pm, the Dr still hadn't seen the majority if at all any of the room. When I asked a woman what time she arrived she said at 12pm, so then I asked was she first to arrive she said no but she was frustrated that she still hasn't been seen

Constantly felt pressured and taken advantage of from Doctor Pickens. I liked the employees, I really did! But sometimes if I wasn’t sure if I wanted a procedure, I felt taken advantage of and extremely pressured to do it. If I said no, I received rude glances. Once I said I wasn’t sure and Dr Pickens said “you are doing it today.” I felt like it wasn’t very personalized and it was all about money. It was never a pleasure experience for me. MONEY is all that I felt they wanted from me. I shouldn’t feel that under pressure. It’s my face, my body, and my decisions. I should have said

Such an amazing place for cosmetic services. I received laser hair removal on my chin, Botox in my forehead, and a Vampire Facelift once before. I was late to one of my appointments, but still showed up so Dr. Pickens still serviced me with no problem. She took good care of me each time, during all my treatments.
