The worst waxing experience of my life; wax was left on me after the appointment adhering to my clothes, wrecking a garment adding to the negative experience and the price of the appointment. The actual waxing was the most painful waxing I’ve ever experienced, leaving me red and swollen after 72 hours, and didn’t even remove all the hair, which was still coated in wax following the appointment.

Incredible service and industry knowledge. Sarah always has the best practices for making my skin look and feel amazing. She has extensive product knowledge and isn't into pushing me into making unnecessary changes. Sarah could (and has) worked in any major city. Her clients are very discerning and experienced with a variety of high end services- they are loyal to Sarah for good reason. Solidly in middle age now, I think my skin looks better than it did 5 years ago because of Sarah.

I came to Sarah Akram Skincare post COVID-19 shutdown and I feel they have done an excellent job reopening and taking the necessary precautions.
Christina at the front desk was professional, friendly, and efficient getting me checked in and out.
I was serviced by Emilee and I am extremely happy with my results.
The salon itself is beautiful. It is definitely a luxury spa experience but still felt inviting and completely unpretentious. I will be back!

I got an amazing hydrafacial here yesterday from Betty. She gave me great advice on how to handle my rosacea while giving the treatment. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my question.
The space is calming and beautiful. Lots of instagramable moments here!
The hydrafacial itself was also so effective and easy. My skin is so glowy and clear today! I'll definitely be back.

I totally fell in love with this place! I was in town visiting a friend of mine, and she was just going on and on about Sarah Akram Skincare. I'm very particular about who touches and what I do to my face. But my friend convinced me to reach out to this office and referred me to Emilee! Let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I could've made. Emilee was wonderful and kind. Googled hydrafacial and found this place, came to have the hydrafacial treatment, but I cannot book Sara. Even worse, they recommend me another treatment I did not want to do at all, and I won't be able to have hydrafacial after that exfoliating treatment. That treatment used to cost me $50 back in korea, but instead cost me $200 here. The reason for exfoliating is to have the hydrafacial have better results after 4weeks. It does now make any sense, if the exfoliating still has its results after 4weeks. And after the treatment, they start to recommend me products. It's so awkward to say

I worked with Sarah at Circe and was SO happy to find her again! I'm in my 40's and have rosacea and my cheeks have these white bumps on them that aren't millia. Dermatologists told me the only fix was lasers, but that's really expensive and can be tricky with rosacea - some can exacerbate the condition. But I hated always being asked what's wrong with my skin, especially when it's hot or I'm flushed, and always by makeup counter staff :(
