In 1979, a group of dedicated community members in rural Surprise and El Mirage, Arizona saw that the health care needs of local farm workers were going unmet. These concerned citizens decided to join forces and apply for federal funding to build a community health center in El Mirage. The following year, a grant was awarded to establish Clinica Adelante's first health center.
These humble beginnings formed the roots of our belief in sustainable health care and our ongoing mission to provide for those in need of quality health care. Today, Adelante Healthcare continues to offer patients affordable health care of the highest quality at nine locations throughout Maricopa County and surrounding communities.

For your convenience, we offer several ways to schedule an appointment, including by phone or through our Adelante Healthcare Patient Portal. Our Patient Support Center is open weekdays 7am to 6pm and every Saturday from 8am to 5pm. When you call, our Patient Support Representative will ask for basic information to locate your record in our system - or will work with you to set up the initial account and expedite your first visit to our centers.
We want to provide all of our patients with good customer service while making sure that each receives the medical attention they need to be well. The following tips will help us help you while also ensuring that we can help others as well. Plan on arriving 30 minutes before your appointment to create or update your medical records and contact information.

Doctor Charleen was very rude. Waited an hour to be seen and she was rushing everything like she did not want be there. Did not feel welcome there. Does not want to hear anything what the patient has to say. And the staff in the back are judgemental and do more talking then working.the staff in the front were great.

Took my daughter to get tested last week on Wednesday.. it is Tuesday and still in pending status. I was advise 3-5 days for results, however nothing. I took my other child to a diff testing site on Friday.. got his results the following Sunday. I had to call to request a callback to get an update, nothing was resolved. Now taking her to another testing site. Smh

Me and my son are both seen here sad that I didn't receive a letter like I usually do letting me know dr Fuentes was no longer with the office but j sniandko is the best pediatrician hands down my son was born at 29 weeks and she has been amazing with him and sees him right away anytime I feel something is wrong

Ever since I started coming to this place, I never feel judged and always get taken care of. They see you super quick and the staff as well as the medical providers are phenomenal. I see Dr. Fuentes and he always listens to my concerns, never rushes me, and I always gain more knowledge after my visits. I always recommend this office! Couldn’t be happier.

I find it appalling that as a medical assistant(Lisa) she didn't listen to anything my husband had to say. Kept cutting him off when he was trying to explain things and just want off the phone instead of actually helping their patients.. This company is a pusher of medications soo much that they don't even listen to patients when they are told they can't take XyZ meds and send random meds to the pharmacy without being asked. Smdh. Skip this place and find a doctors office who actually cares about you where you're not just another number.

Horrible service for a pediatric office. I called in because my 5 week old had a rash that was getting worse, the representative(Elicia) I spoke to said that I could not get an appointment for the next 5 to 6 days. I told her I was willing to go to either the Buckeye or the Goodyear location and she said that's all that available. I asked to speak directly to the office to which she responded they were busy and that she would make the appointment. I asked for a message to be be sent to the provider and at no point during the conversation did that representative say the response time was

I’ve been with Adelante Healthcare for many years now, and I’ve always had a good experience. I always feel very comfortable and satisfied with my visits. Not to mention my daughters pediatrician Dr. Sidanko is the most amazing doctor! We love her so much and hope she never leaves!! My mom had an appointment today at 8am, with we believed Dr. Cox who is her primary doctor. Keep in mind my mom Annie McCants has a print out so the appointment was made in your office. I received to less the four reminders about this appointment. Make arrangements through work to take her (because I work downtown). Only to get there and be told that she has no appointment and the earliest they can see her is 2 or 2:30pm. I explain, "you are telling me what works for you not the patient or the person that is bringing her". My mom does not drive. And I can't keep missing days

This place is amazing! I recently took my mom there as a new patient, and the registration process was very easy.
The wait was not bad and they saw her when her appointment was scheduled.
She has been a diabetic for 20+ years and this is the third doctor/ facility she has been seen at for this. She had received incredible care far beyond what her previous two doctors have done.
They provided a RN to follow up with her weekly and educate her on how she is doing with her sugar and ways to improve her.
We are very happy with this facility and Dr Cox

We started out loving this office. Then...
First I was told by the doctor's MA that if my son wasn't dying the doctor would not discuss his care with another physician.
Secondly they wanted to send an unsterile urine to culture. Pointless
Third the NP was very rude and insulting to my daughter and granddaughter.
Fourth I told the NP that the order was wrong for my mom's study. She said it was fine. My mom had to go 2 different times for imaging because the NP did not take the time to fix it.
