Sun West Choice Healthcare & Rehab is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, located in the northwest Phoenix metropolitan area. We are conveniently located at 14002 West Meeker Boulevard, just east of the Banner Del E Webb Medical Center and less than a mile from West Grand Avenue. We feature 140 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings.
