My Daughter had a difficult case involving guardianship and many other very very involved factors. She would call different attorneys and they either did not want to take her case or it was not something they practiced. I called Attorney Schwarz -after a Google search -and he seemed to know exactly what to do and was extremely knowledgeable.
We represented Father (P). After 5 years of contentious litigation and severe alienation perpetrated by Mother against Father and after 8 days of trial, my client, Father, was awarded sole legal custody and sole physical custody of the child in Canada. We represented Mother who sought to restrict step-parent visitation as step-parent had limited contact and no bond with the minor child.

Poor phone etiquette. Hang up the phone without saying anything when I said thank you. So rude.

Do not sign a contract with him, he is an opportunist
Don't see it as an option.

Just called this person. I was calling for more informations and he rudely answered the phone and started having a terrible tone. I proceeded to ask about my case, and this person has asked me to go ask someone else then hang up the phone. Very unprofessional and rude. (He will say, i do not know this person bla bla bla) just look at the other reviews. Same situations. There are better law firms out there to choose from! This was yet the worse person I have spoken with. Do not waste your time cause clearly customer’s phone calls is wasting “his time”

I called to set up an Appointment for some Family Law problem we were going through. I didn't even finish talking, he badly cut me off and supposed what i was saying or needing, so he RUDELY & ARROGANTLY with his annoying Voice said * I don't do free calls or any free consultations, No pay No help. When i was about to say i wanted an appointment to maybe see if we can get a case and no one said we weren't paying.
How are customers going to speak to you regarding their issues, cus we cant talk or you want to take advantage and start charging non-sense. These are the Lawyers u want to AVOID!! Pls

I was looking for a prenuptial lawyer and came across David's name via google search. David answered my phone call promptly and we set a meeting up for an initial consultation. David was down to earth and was very easy to talk to. He and his wife worked together to draft the prenup agreement, and they gave me and my fiance several questions to answer in terms of assets, finances, etc. It was pretty straight forward and not confusing at all. He even referred my fiance to another prenup lawyer to represent him. He and his wife kept consistent contact with us when it came to finalizing our paperwork

David schwarz gets the job done and the results you want in and out of the court room. He's compassionate friendly helpful and goes the extra mile for his clients. He recently got me out of a very difficult family law situation that i was in way over my head on. He fought opposing party and their horribly bought counsel tooth and nail on everything and got everything down to an agreement between us on a piece of paper saying keep the peace. I was being sued for 10 grand and beyond stressed to my max at that point. Thank you David for aggressively representing me and my children at the time when

I accomplished more on my own in court than David Schwarz was able to do. David Schwarz has since changed his website; he removed his claims of being an expert on parental Alienation and he added his wife as a partner. Without his full page claim and his posted articles about him being an expert on parental Alienation I would not have hired him in the first place.

Never thought I would be writing my own personal experience about divorce. David Schwarz has taken very good care of me and my case. He and his staff has gone above and beyond to make the process much less stressful. Although the case is in process, David and Wini have given me a senses of calm during this difficult time.
