Rockwell Catering and Events is owned by Chef Ethan Ingram. Ethan grew up working for his family's catering business in Southern California. He is no stranger to the kitchen dish duty or the front-of-the-house presentation. Ethan has spent years working in kitchens throughout Utah and California including Rio Tinto Stadium.
At your event, you want food that is not only delicious, but beautiful too. Afterall, we eat with our eyes first! We love being able to create the menu you have envisioned. The sky's the limit! Best catering service ever!! The owner Ethan & his staff did an amazing job with my wedding. He was quick to respond, informative, & professional. It was really hard for us to find a catering service that could do vegan food as well & they made the best mushroom steaks for us, I could die. They have such a good variety of food & it was a great value for it all. This company was an overall joy to work with!

Ethan catered my wedding. His food was incredibly delicious, very reasonably priced, and he was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond. Came to the reception center prior to wedding to make sure there would be no kinks, agreed to use my ridiculous mismatched antique place settings- washed them and stored them till after we got back from honeymoon. Since then all my guests have gushed about how wonderful the food was. It was perfect. Next catered event we have we will gladly hire him again!

Finding a caterer for our daughter's wedding seemed like a daunting task until I realized I just needed to find a caterer who loved food as much as we do. From start to finish, Ethan was exceptional to work with--professional, honest, and so accommodating. His staff was likewise so impressive and did a fantastic job for our 500+ wedding reception. But Ethan's love of food and desire to bring that to all our guests was what sold us! Rockwell Catering is definitely number one! We had them host our senior Gala for the graduating seniors and the food was tremendous! Service was above and beyond what I had expected . I strongly recommend them and we will use them again in the future.

Overall, they're incredibly professional. They had a lot of helpful advice and suggestions for us as we were planning an event for the first time. During the event, they were extremely professional. The food was amazing and they were extremely helpful. We definitely will recommend them to anyone looking to put on a large group event.
