STAY AWAY!!! Not only did he insist on an X-ray when I had muscle tension, he didn't even cover me with a lead apron while taking an X-ray of my lower back! He's also a scam because he won't submit anything to your insurance so you pay the full amount upfront. He also left me along for 45 minutes while he put me on a machine that did nothing and charged me for it.
And to boot, he didn't give my ID back and I spent days calling around and looking for it and he didn't even bother to call me and let me know he had it. He just figured I'd come back sometime to get it

I have been to several chiropractors in the past and Dr. Joe is the first one to sit down and explain to me what was actually going on. He took his time going over x-rays, my treatment plan, and discussed the specific interventions he plans to use. I have never really known what my problem was until now, and I am truly grateful for his expertise and how much time he puts in to his patients.
It was such a relief to finally see the whole picture and I would highly recommend!

Dr. Joe Kielur is all inclusive, comprehensive, homeopathic, all natural, and all encompassing Chiropractor, my wife and I have been searching for. His background in boxing and MMA was an indication for us to trust him. He understands how the body works and more importantly understands the appropriate procedure in the healing that needs to take place. Modern western medicine definitely has its place, but if you want someone who's mission is holistic healing, Dr. k is your guy. I started college studying western medicine in college but realized it was incomplete.

Dr. Joe is easily the best chiropractor in town. I really appreciate his down to earth practice. Every aspect of this office is extremely professional. Going to this chiropractor was a mistake. After being adjusted and assessed, I went to pay and they informed me that they would not be running my insurance. But I can submit a claim on my own with my insurance after the appointment. $150 for one adjustment. ONE. They then proceeded to "car sales me" but telling me I could get 4 adjustments for $500, if I purchase them up front. - I'm sorry, but did I go see a doctor or go to a furniture store? Never again.

I had heard great things about Dr.Joe - from his professionalism and knowledge to his down to earth personality that makes everyone around him feel at ease, so when a friend referred me, I decided to make an appointment.
I've been to several chiropractors and had a wide array of experiences, but more than a medical practitioner, Dr. Joe has a giant heart and cares about his patients' well being as well as their physical health.
I entered the office and immediately felt at ease. There is appropriate soft mood lighting to compliment the urban interior and he had soft soothing music playing

Dr. Joe has treated my brother, his wife, myself, and many of my friends. He is so generous and helpful. He has really helped my back and has gone above and beyond the "normal" appointment because it was what I needed. Is super accommodating with my schedule and has free parking at a mass ave location. He is the best!

I have suffered with lower back pain for the past 20 years and have been through all kinds of therapy and chiropractic treatments. I have never experienced anything like Dr. Kielur's approach. He is hands on and "over the top" accommodating to his patient's treatment plan. He is dedicated and committed to his patients in helping them feel better. His schedule is flexible and will come in early in the morning, after 5PM, and on weekends to get you on the path to feeling better. The atmosphere is also relaxing with "spa like" music and the lighting is a little dim

Doc is a permanent part of my "team". I first saw him when I was training for the Chicago Marathon in 2013. I was stiff and had pain in my lower back, hip and leg. We worked together put a plan in place that would get me to the start (and finish) line feeling great.
His fixed-fee approach was unique and caught me a bit off guard, but it also kept me on the plan - no wondering if a treatment was necessary or just for profit. His flexible schedule and early (like 5am EARLY!) openings make it easy to slip in, do what I need to do and get on with my day.
