The goal of chiropractic adjustments, also known as spinal manipulation, is to improve spinal motion and your body's physical function. This treatment entails stimulating certain points on the body with a needle penetrating the skin to alleviate pain or help treat various health conditions. Special cups are applied to the skin for a few minutes to create suction, increasing blood flow to a specific area.
All first-time patients are required to pay a $25 deposit when they schedule their consultation. If you can not make it to your appointment, please call us to reschedule. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us within 24 hours or you will be charged 100% of your service total. Due to the time we set aside for new patients, all first-time patients are required to pay a $25.00 deposit when scheduling a consultation.

Dr. Boucher is one of the best chiropractors I've ever visited. After I moved back to Indianapolis in 2018, I struggled to find a chiropractor who actually able to manually adjust my back, as the other options in downtown Indianapolis had not met my expectations. Dr. Boucher not only is great at manual adjustments, but also has a great demeanor and won't try to sell you on an excessive treatment plan. I cannot recommend him enough.

Originally scheduled an appointment but then was diagnosed with COVID one day before my appointment (if I would have had symptoms I would have called earlier to cancel but I was contact traced and had no symptoms yet). Called the office within hours of receiving my results but it was a Wednesday (they are closed Wednesday's), so I left a message. I was in a car accident and unsure of what to do about my pain after. I contacted elite back and body and they decided on a plan to help me recover! Dr Boucher is the talented and professional Chiropractor downtown Indy has turned to and continues to do. His new office location is super convenient with free parking and close proximity to the highways. I recently went in with some serious lower back pain that was keeping me from going to work today and sleeping through the night. I reached out to the office and was seen same day which was amazing - not waiting a day or so to get relief, and some 30 mins later Im back up and feeling like new. I have had lower SI joint issues for the better part of 10 years. Been to various chiropractors over the years and received some relief. In only 3 visits Dr Caleb was able to help more than any other. Each adjustment is different and tailored to the need.
