The nurses and staff at Pilgrim Rehabilitation took great care of my mother and kept us updated throughout her stay. They truly cared about her and worked with us on her daily care and were always available for any questions we had.
Our King Charles Cavalier spaniel, Jumbo, was also welcomed by staff and patients.

Pilgrim Rehab did a wonderful job taking care of my family member, who suffers from highly complicated medical issues. The nursing staff and case managers were extremely detailed and cautious in monitoring my loved one's care. I was able to contact the case manager whenever needed, which I can tell you is extremely, extremely rare at a rehab or skilled nursing facility. My loved one's transition home was managed extremely well, with a full coordination of services and medical supplies put in place prior to discharge. I would highly recommend Pilgrim as the staff and administration are on top of

I had to come on and share my experience that we've had in this past year with Pilgrim Rehabilitation.
It was about a year ago that my brother and I found out my mom could no longer live on her own. We were petrified to send her to a nursing home. Prior to all of this my dad, who has passed away, was in a nursing home in our hometown. The abuse he endured while he was there was heartbreaking. We tried everything we could, but everything got swept under the rug. So, when this time came for my mom to have to go we had literally a few options to chose from. I had my daughter check the reviews of

I've really enjoyed working as a concierge at Pilgrim for the past 8 years. When a new resident comes in, we welcome them like family. We find out their nicknames, hobbies, friends, etc. We take extra time when residents are leaving to meet with their families and discuss follow-up care. I reach back out to them every week for their first month to see how they're doing. Great place overall!

My mother spent a short time at Pilgrim and I couldn't be happier with the care she received, not allowing any visitors into the building was very tough for my family. Pilgrim was able to accommodate my needs when needing to speak with mom, they set us up with face time and we got to visit her by the window. my mother is doing great since being discharged and was very pleased with everyone at the facility that helped her reach her goals. if she needs any further rehab I would chose Pilgrim. Thank you to everyone there!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible health care providers. None of the staff are literate and or fluently speak two or more languages. Language barrier is very difficult between Patient and staff. It’s 2021, there SHOULD BE staff members who are fluently bilingual in Spanish and any other language. They need to hire more staff members to properly attend to their patients. They lack staff members making it hard for patients to receive top tier services. The ignorance is beyond high. Lack of customer service, respect and professionalism. Lack of patience and diligence with patients
