Fusion Cuisine Catering is a family owned and operated business that is quickly developing a reputation for freshness and uniqueness in the San Antonio, TX area. Our love and passion for food allow us to blend a variety of ingredients and cooking styles, and we are able to offer a menu of extensive choices.
Chicken Florentine: This is our most popular sauce. It has a creamy, rich base similar to an Alfredo sauce containing cuts of fresh spinach and diced red sweet peppers creating a wonderful texture and color. This wonderful sauce will be placed over a juicy sauted chicken breast sitting on top of a bed of fettuccine pasta with a serving of seasonal roasted vegetables and a roll.
From the very start everything with Fusion and Genaro went smoothly. The website is very modern and professional. At the tasting, the food was delicious. We thought the kitchen looked a little small (to serve our large wedding of 200+), but it was clean and they were highly recommended by our venue.

We had the pleasure of working with Fusion Catering last year for my sister’s wedding in San Marcos TX and not only were they amazing people, but their food was on point delicious, and they were also the most affordable option we found. They even set up a date to meet at the venue days before the wedding to go over where would they be serving the food and everything. They were punctual, they served the food, and they even stuck around to help us cut the wedding cake and serve it. Highly recommend.

Used Fusion Cuisine Catering for my wedding recently and the food and service were outstanding. Everyone at the wedding had nothing, but great things to say about the taste of the food and the excellent service. Would highly recommend Fusion to anyone doing any type of catering. They offered many different options to meet our exact needs for the wedding, and were very easy to work with. I'll definitely be using them and recommending them for any future events.

Best experience ever! Not only did Flor work with me to meet the needs of an eclectic group of eaters, but everything came in per my squished budget. The MACONDO writers - students and faculty - were so satisfied with the savory vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free entrees provided. There was no sacrifice of quality or quantity or flavor -- and the service was impeccable, professional, and highly punctual. Fusions made my life incredibly easier and I am grateful for the service: I got more than was paid for... they delivered their very best for a gala, weekly daily lunches, and big Sunday brunch

The staff was absolutely amazing, since the first time I contact them, the day I ask my first questions they were always there for me to help me with my wedding and everything. They give me two plates to try and everything was great, choose my plate and give me the option to have two plates with just an additional cost of $50 dollars extra. They were very comprehensive when I told them I was going to pay the full amount two days before the event; the day of the wedding they didn’t bother me asking me questions, they always ask my mom for everything and did an excellent service. Can’t complain

Words cannot describe how pleased my husband and I are pleased with Genaro and his staff. They arrived on time and set up on time and stayed the entire night (which is what I loved the most). Their staff was very attentive towards my guest and I would recommend his business to everyone. We had his fajita plate and everyone was absolutely satisfied with the food. Thank you so much Genaro and Staff we are very pleased with everything.

Genaro and his team catered our wedding in far north Bexar County in March 2017. I cannot say enough about how great of a job Fusion did, and what a huge hit they were with our guests. Two of our guests have asked about them since the event.
Fusion was very communicative throughout the planning process. They were receptive to our ideas, and flexible with ever-changing plans. They tailored their pricing to our needs/budget. The service staff was professional, friendly and unobtrusive during the event. They were punctual and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

Whether a large event or a small gathering for lunch, Fusion Catering has exceeded our expectations. The food is high quality and with Mr. Trevino's culinary creativity--the menu goes far beyond another chicken dinner. My experience has been that when Fusion caters lunch, our guests want to know who did the catering. Excellent food.
