We also offer new computer setup service, and computer learning classes to help you learn how to effectively use your computer.

My laptop suddenly started having performance issues - everything was running very very slowly. I'm a remote consultant and was unable to work. I tried Geek Squad - a waste of time and $40. Then I decided to "try local" and I'm so grateful that I found Pensacola Computers! Jeff spent 2 hours on the phone patiently talking me through some diagnostics. He found the issue and my laptop has never run better. I also learned a lot about my laptop as well. Jeff is very knowledgeable, patient, and was laser-focused on solving my problem. I had multiple issues and Jeff was a life saver. He responded to my phone call within 30 minutes, was at my house the same day, did extensive troubleshooting and found the source of the problems. He fixed everything and installed a new piece of equipment. I will never call anyone else!!!! Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was extremely helpful with my computer issue and walked me through several steps to try and resolve my Windows 10 issues. Jeff helped me get a diagnosis for insurance on a laptop that was damaged due to an electrical surge. He not only explained to me the extent of the damage, but showed me the tools he uses and educated me on the nature of the damage and the signs that he looked for. He also provided me excellent consultation over the phone earlier in the week in order to trouble shoot the problem.I would highly recommend Jeff's services to friends and family and will certainly come to him in the future with any other problems.

We called Jeff at Pensacola Computers a few months back with a registry problem in a windows machine at a small business. Jeff had to shuffle his schedule to get to us fast. We have always had expert service from Pensacola Computers. Jeff always comes through and fixes whatever issues we may have. When we had a critical business machine go down in the middle of a busy day, Jeff provided us a loaner computer to keep us running while he got the replacement parts we needed. He has taken the time to learn our special medical software and actually provides us better support for it than the compan that makes it!
