This is the BEST computer repair store!
Reasonable prices, excellent, service, knowledgable, and great personality.
Dan answered all of my questions with patience.
My laptop would only show error pop-ups and ask for updates that froze everything!
We got it back quickly and now our laptop runs like new!

We had an older computer which was giving us problems. Being snowbirds and not permanent residents, we weren't sure who to take our problem to. We definitely made a wise decision. After spending time working on the computer, the logical recommendation was to purchase a new one. Dan advised us what would be suitable for our needs and suggested where to purchase a computer. We took his advice and went out and bought a new one. We returned to Tech Solution and Dan set up our new computer for us and in a short period of time we were out the door. We feel so fortunate to have met someone so knowledgeable

Dan is very knowledgeable and professional. Used him when my home technology needed a general performance evaluation and upgrade. He very easily diagnosed problems, ordered and installed upgrade equipment for a reasonable rate. Seriously doubt you could find a better technician in Baldwin Co. especially if you are using Apple products.

Dan came to our RV to help us get our laptop updated, data uploaded to secure cloud storage, and help us understand some of our technical devices and services. He also answered our questions, and made recommendations. We sent our smaller notebook device with him. He worked on it and returned to us within a week. His price was very reasonable. Dan is polite, personable, intelligent, and communicates well. We recommend him.

Dan is the man! He backed up my old damaged computer to a new one. Simple job but he goes above and beyond. Since our business interaction he has been extremely helpful. I called Dan on a Sunday to solve a main terminal computer failure at a retail store. After installing a new hard drive, Dan had to reinstall Windows 8.1, do all the updates, reinstall all software, hardware & drivers and restore backups. We were back to full operation the same day!
