I had just purchased my Apple computer and it crashed within a week. I took it to this place and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. He advised me to take it to the base exchange because it was still new and under warranty. I wasn't able to exchange it so I took it back to get it repaired. They repaired it and because it is still under warranty it didn't cost me anything. It hasn't given me any more problems since.

Dropped my laptop at the airport. When I got back to the hotel my screen kept on cutting in and out and had a bunch of artifacts. Took it here and he told me it would be an hour to diagnose. Called me back and told me it was a loose cable, and fixed it for me, for FREE. If you’re in a pinch and need a repair place, GO HERE!

Absolutely amazing service. Parker walked me through everything that was happening with my laptop and dealt with Dell over the phone the entire time. Very friendly and helpful. My laptop would no longer charge, but would still work with the charger connected. I took it to them and they had a few ideas of what it could be, but didn't push me to do anything since it still worked perfectly fine with the charger connected. They could have easily have pushed me to buy the $300+ motherboard to fix the charging issue but didn't. Excellent customer service!

My HP needed a touch screen. I took the PC in, they repaired it within three days. That included ordering the screen; however, it wasn't a touch screen. I contacted them and was asked to bring it back in. They apologized and told me that they would get this fixed. They ordered another screen took a percentage off for my problems and did not charge another repair fee all within a couple of days. When it comes to Customer Service and getting the job done...... THESE ARE THE GUYS!!!!!!!!! Thank you Pensacola PC Repair.

My MacBook Pro had a really unusual problem. It wasn't unlocking with my password and after spending all night on the phone with apple support and trying everything they told me they couldn't fix it, so I brought my computer to Pensacola PC Repair the next day around 3pm and they told me i could come pick up the next day. Well they called me not even 2 hour later and told me it was all fixed and ready to go. These guys are so helpful and have amazing customer service.

Fast service run by friendly and knowledgeable people who care about finding a solution for your problem without trying to make a quick buck and overcharge. Diagnostic was free of charge and after determining my motherboard was damaged, I got a new one they suggested and was up and running quickly. They also didn't seem to mind that I wanted to buy the motherboard online and install it myself, meaning I wasn't even charged at all in the end since they mainly charge for actual repairs and part installation and such. They even offered for me to stop by with my new CPU if I wanted them to just apply

I had wifi connection issues with a computer that I bought. I am new to the area and wasn't sure who to take it to. After calling around, I came across PC repair.
