The NC Home Inspection Standards of Practice require a signed contract before the inspection begins. I've included the contract on the pages below so you can be familiar with it prior to signing and have a better understanding of the inspection process. Reading it now will save us about 30 minutes on inspection day.
Emails may not be read until after 6:00 PM. All inspections start at 10:00 AM unless otherwise requested. Most inspections last 4 to 6 hours depending on the size and age of the home. After the inspection process I usually spend about 30 minutes with the client for a discovery session and a discussion of photos.
