Owner/operator Ricky Sarvis grew up immersed in the construction industry. Both of his grandfathers ran successful roofing companies, and Ricky started helping them at a young age. He also spent four years as an HVAC tech/installer, along with two years as a general contractor's apprentice. Ricky combined this experience with his love for building sciences when launching Sarvis Home Inspection.
Our home inspection services are available to home buyers and sellers throughout North Carolina's Triad Area. We provide exhaustive reports through a combination of visual inspections and specialized industry technology. Each inspection is performed in accordance with InterNACHI's Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

Very detailed in the inspection. There were some things during the inspection that was found due to their expertise that would have been fire 🔥 😳 hazards. Roof issues and future under house 🏠 insect structure issues. Very costly to fix-repair. I highly recommend to use Sarvis for your 🏡 inspection. Thank you. 😊

At the end we were given a report that included pictures of each bullet item so you were able to see each problem as well as a description. He was able to point out some issues that I didn't even think of. We would highly recommend him.

Sarvis Home Inspections did a thorough, full inspection of the home I am purchasing.
