Got a flat on I-88 W a little past the merge from I-355 S. The call was friendly, informed me that he couldn't change the tire on the expressway, and a tool to remove the tire wasn't available. So I got a tow during heavy/backed up traffic from an accident to a Tire Shop to change the tire.
The cost of the tow & tire change was very reasonable and didn't break the bank! Tow Truck Driver was nice to talk to, had good conversations, and drove safe.
I would definitely recommend this company's service to any commuter, like myself.

If I could I'd give this company 20 stars! My car was dead due to this God awful weather and the first company I tried to get my car towed 1 mile wanted $200+..OUTRAGEOUS! Called Action and spoke to Jeff, he was kind and understanding of what is going on. Was upfront that it might be a while and wasn't going to charge me that crazy amount from the other company.

The dispatcher was very pleasant and sent the tow truck within 35 minutes to my destination to which was very much appreciated. However, Roxy was very unprofessional and inappropriate when a young Muslim woman wearing a Hijab Informed Roxy that the tow truck was blocking her car and asked how long the jump would take. Mid-January I was in a traffic accident on I-90 in Chicago. I have never been in this situation before since I'd not been in an accident. I panicked! I knew I didn't want Chicago IDOT to get ahold of my car, so while we waited for the police to arrive and make a report, I checked Yelp for tow trucks in my area. Action Towing was in DG and had a decent review. I had seen their truck around town and knew they took care of their vehicles, so I called them.
