Canterbury Academy was created to service children ages 2-6 years of ages, Preschool, and Early K. At Canterbury Child Care it is our philosophy that early childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploring and discovery. Children are seen as individuals with a variety of developmental abilities, needs, and interests, as well as different learning styles.
We believe that if a child can't learn the way we teach maybe we should teach the way they learn. Our school strives to encourage these qualities by providing a secure, nurturing environment for each child attending our school. We have been a Canterbury family for over 5 years! Working full time, its important that our kids are not only getting great education, but are really cared for. Ms Eula, and her staff have been exceptional at treating both our kids with Respect, Kindness, and the proper anount of discipline. We truly have a peace of mind knowing both are in great hands! Our oldest was extremely prepared for first grade last year, and our youngest is learning new things everyday!

My son started going to this school when he was 2 years old and I love it!!! Teacher Ms. Gomez is amazing. She takes her time with the kids and loves the kids. My son is learning one grade level than he should be. The teacher's take their time with each child and I love that. They are very loving and caring. This is a great school to send your child too!!!!

My son started Canterbury at the age of 2-5. I must say that this is the best preschool around town. The director and staff are amazing. They are patient, fun and love the children. When my son left Canterbury he was advanced so he was moved up to the next grade. I'm so happy I made a great decision for my son. Canterbury Rocks!!!
