Lost a good loan rate while asking for help with the online application form. Really user UN-friendly website. I communicated several times that we were having issues with the R&C website application form. If you have non-W2 income or income property, the website is not easy to navigate. We had three properties we wanted to re-fi, but Elvin is just looking for the easy customer/plain vanilla customer. Too bad for him, we are looking else where for a loan after a long effort to collect and upload docs and too bad for us; we delayed while trying to work with Elvin. Lost valuable time and

Elvin is the real deal mortgage lender. Meticulous detail, friendly demeanor, and knowledgeable. I was a mortgage lender the last 20 years of my career but I was retired and in a new city when I needed a mortgage. I am an escrow officer that had a short sale with Elvin Wesley. Elvin and his team were professional throughout the whole transaction. But the end is where they REALLY shined. Due to his relationships with the lender, we were able to pull off docs signed, funded and recorded within 24 hours to record same day and save a short sale approval from expiring. We were working on a refi with sights set long-term on buying a new house. Elvin at Ranch & Coast helped us figure out all of the pieces to keep our finances straight for today's refinance and tomorrow's house. A Mortgage Broker Review...what...who would've thunk you could get this kind of service?!? Worked with these guys on a recent home purchase and was blown away by the service level.
