At Kennedy Family Chiropractic, we treat the patient. A common diagnosis does not always mean a patient will respond to a common treatment. We will work with you, the patient, to find a treatment plan that does work. Whether it be chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, massage therapy, nutritional supplements, or any combination of these, we can help.

During your first visit, we will complete a physical exam, x-rays if necessary, and we will gather information from you about your current condition and your goals. During the follow up, we will discuss with you our findings and what they mean as well as a proposed treatment plan. The goal of the treatment plan is always to get you to your goal, be it less pain, better performance, or just better overall health.

Acupuncture is a staple of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and has been used for thousands of years. Acupuncture entails very thin needles being inserted at various depths and locations on a patient's body, typically along designated "meridians" as defined by TCM. These meridians are invisible channels within the body through which energy, or qi, flows.
Chiropractic adjustments, sometimes referred to as spinal manipulations or manual manipulations, use directed, controlled force to help restore motion to a joint whose movement has become restricted. The restriction may be due to a specific injury, repetitive use of that joint, or even just sleeping in the wrong position!
Did you know that your foot actually has 3 arches? The medial arch is the one most people think of. This is the arch that runs from the base of your big toe to your heel. There is also a lateral arch running from the base of your little toe to your heel. Finally, the anterior transverse arch runs along the base of all your toes, from your big toe to the little toe.
