Home purchase (old home, built 1950s). Canvas is the best, I totally trust this company, and you can too! You will not be disappointed.
The seller hid problems, but Canvas uncovered them. I felt between my Broker and the seller's agent, Canvas was the only party on my side to protect me from purchasing a nightmare home. The Canvas inspection was the most thorough that I have ever seen - this is my second home purchase. Even my broker wondered, where I found Canvas. Everyone was impressed - I said, he's just a phone call away in Opelika, AL.

Great value. Very personal, Bryan will call you personally and ask if you have any specific concerns or areas of the house you want looked at while he is inspecting. The results were quick and very easy to understand. He includes all the pictures and notes of the inspection. Just all around a great experience.
